Clean Environments, LLC. provides Environmental Site Assessment services including Phase I through Phase III.
These assessments provide our clients with historical knowledge and documentation of potential environmental liabilities connected with property acquisition and ownership, in accordance with American Society of Testing (ASTM) standards.
Phase I – Identifies potential contaminants at a site and its impact to the environment and human health
Phase II – Involves further investigation of issues encountered in Phase I
Phase III – Remediation of Contaminated Material
